아이튠즈 잘못 구입한 앱 환불받기

지난 20일 예전에 구입하였던 앱을 이것저것 한번에 받다보니 실수로 이름이 비슷한 다른 앱($1.99)을 받았습니다.
그냥 돈 버렸다하고 포기하려다가, 혹시나하고 인터넷을 검색해보니 환불받은 경험을 가진 분들이 계시기에 저도 한번 시도해보았습니다.

1. [iTunes Store] 메인화면 우측메뉴 -> [Account] -> [Purchase History]에 들어가면 그동안 다운받았던 앱 구입건들의 목록이 나옵니다.

2. 거기에서 해당 건을 클릭하여 들어가서 하단에 [Report a Problem]를 누르세요

3. 각 앱 이름 옆에 'Report a Problem' 버튼이 생기는데, 환불받고자 하는 앱의 버튼을 누릅니다.

(제일 아래 것인데 이미 환불 받은 건이라 비활성으로 나옵니다.)

4. 아래와 같은 화면이 나오는데 3번째 메뉴 'I inadventently....'를 선택한후 내용을 입력합니다.

저는 구글의 힘을 빌려 이렇게 썼습니다. ㅋㅋz

"I got back to what you're buying the app, as was the company's other app. (내가 구입했던 app인줄 알고 다시 받았는데, 같은 회사의 다른 app이었다) So, I want to receive a refund. (그래서, 환불받기 원한다)"

5. 3일후 메일이 왔더라구요. 대충 보니 3~5영업일 내에 환불해주겠다네요.
